Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

The Cary Company is hiring a Skilled Labor Associate to join our Pittsburgh operation. We’re looking for someone who shows up on time, works hard, follows procedures, and helps set a positive example on the floor. This is a hands‑on role with steady hours, strong benefits, and room to grow.
What You’ll Be Doing
+ Handling plastic containers, recycling materials, and industrial drums
+ Palletizing product and using basic hand and power tools (drills, saws, etc.)
+ Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
+ Following safety procedures and standard work — no shortcuts
+ Communicating clearly with supervisors and teammates to keep operations running smoothly
