**Now Hiring Skilled Assemblers and Machine Operators 1st OR 2nd Shift!**
**Pay $22-28/hr**
**Position Summary**
**The Assembler and Machine Operator** is going to be required to use hand/power tools and run machines to build a variety of wood products. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on assembly experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment.
1st shift & 2nd shift available
**Key Responsibilities**
+ **Assembly Work** — Assemble Components and Frames using hand and power tools.
+ **Machine Operation** — Operate saws, sanders and Routers.
+ **Quality Inspection** — Inspect parts for defects and correct measurements.
+ **Material Handling** — Load, stack, and move products throughout the facility.
+ **Team Collaboration** — Working with a team of 4-5 people daily.
