As an Aggregate Technician, your main responsibility will be to service units according to OEM standards and develop skills in diagnostic reasoning. You will also perform repairs with minimal supervision, ensuring both safety and cleanliness at job sites. Cultivating strong relationships with customers and coworkers is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain equipment and tools in a safe environment
• Conduct basic field repairs with minimal oversight
• Repair and recondition all aggregate systems
• Attend training sessions to enhance skills
• Complete necessary job paperwork
Requirements:
• Heavy duty mechanic or industrial millwright experience
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License; Class 3 is a plus
