Job Description
Key Responsibilities Equipment Support & Maintenance Perform scheduled services, breakdown repairs, and fault finding EDS equipment. Troubleshoot and rectify issues across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and automation systems. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to address recurring failures and implement sustainable solutions. Support automation implementation and ensure alignment with site requirements. Customer & Team Engagement Build strong, lasting relationships with customers through professional service delivery. Coach mine employees and staff on equipment operation, troubleshooting, and repair. Promote aftermarket services and products to support business growth. Liaise with Product Company engineers to support product development and testing. Operational Excellence Participate in productivity and efficiency improvement projects.
