Job Description
- Supervise and manage Civil / Structural projects, work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
- Work force planning & designing for demolition and regulation.
- Carry out inspections to ensure that the works meets the quality standard.
- Preparing Risk Assignments.
- Preparing Permit Paper & Daily Toolbox.
- Manpower Management & Maintaining Manpower Report.
- Site planning, coordination, and execution of matters to construction project.
- Liaise with sub-contractors to ensure smooth progression and competition of work.
- Liaise with consultants to carry out inspections and audits.
- Carry out full time supervision of construction works as required under BCA regulations.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor degree in any discipline or equivalent
- 10-12 years Manpower Management Experience.
