Job Description
Job Scope
- Understanding of mechanical system design in semiconductor industry is preferred.
- Semiconductor tool hook-up/unhook coordination and management.
- Bill of materials preparation for projects assigned.
- Able to interpret the tool schematic drawing (tool’s utilities matrix requirements).
- Responsible for ensuring that assigned project meets customer’s specs, strictly follow procedures and schedules.
- Provide technical interface with sub-contractor, to ensure that sub-contractor work force is trained to perform all procedures on assigned projects.
- On-site supervision to work closely with contractors to execute tools services hook-up activities, ensure safety regulation is practiced and monitor work quality performance.
