Job Description
Site Supervisor
Our Site Supervisors provide support to Site Managers by executing and coordinating day-to-day site work.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading a team of skilled and semi-skilled workers to perform daily operations
- Ensuring that site work is carried out in an efficient and timely manner
- Receiving and verifying materials and tools delivered by the suppliers and HQ
Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma / Certificate in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience on site, or 6 years experience for those without academic qualifications
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and long hours
- Computer literacy would be an added advantage
