Job Description
We are looking for a hands‑on Site Supervisor with proven experience in residential construction and renovation projects. You will oversee site operations, manage sub‑contractors, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high‑quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day‑to‑day operations of residential banglo & renovation interior design projects
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and workers
- Monitor project progress, schedules, and milestones to ensure timely completion
- Ensure site safety compliance and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Manage site workforce: attendance, productivity, and performance
- Conduct quality inspections and enforce company standards
- Prepare daily and weekly site reports for management
- Troubleshoot issues and provide practical solutions on‑site
