Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily site activities Monitor work progress to ensure projects are completed according to schedule Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Inspect work quality and ensure adherence to project specifications and standards Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors Allocate tasks and supervise construction workers and equipment operators Monitor material deliveries, inventory, and equipment usage Identify and resolve on-site issues and delays promptly Maintain daily site reports, attendance records, and progress documentation Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, machinery, and equipment Report project progress, risks, and incidents to management
