Higher Certificate / NQF5 - Construction Management/Engineering Matric / NQF4 Responsibilities: Supervise daily site activities and operations to ensure the project is progressing as planned. Monitor and manage the performance of on-site staff and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety standards and quality control are maintained. Liaise with the Project Coordinators, Technical Teams, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination. Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to the site, ensuring that they are available when needed to avoid delays. Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site, escalating to the Project Team Leader as necessary.
