Site Supervisor - Renewable Energy
Melbourne
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager / Supervisor to oversee the safe and efficient operation of a renewable energy facility. This hands-on role will be responsible for site operations, maintenance activities, contractor management, and ensuring compliance with all safety and operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day site operations and supervise site personnel and contractors.
- Perform and oversee electrical and HV maintenance activities.
- Manage permits, safety compliance, and WHS reporting.
- Monitor and maintain plant equipment, including transformers, switchgear, substations, inverters, BESS systems, generators, and UPS equipment.
- Respond to alarms, troubleshoot faults, and coordinate repairs.
- Work closely with engineering and control room teams to optimise plant performance.
