As part of the Broccolini team, you'll supervise construction operations for projects valued up to $30 million. Your leadership will be essential in coordinating day-to-day activities and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. You will foster teamwork among staff, resolve issues, and oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily site activities to adhere to project specifications
• Promote health, safety, and environmental compliance on-site
• Keep accurate records of site activities and daily logs
• Support project scheduling and risk management processes
• Mentor field staff to enhance productivity and safety
Requirements:
• High school diploma; Civil Engineering Technology considered an asset
