Position Summary
The Site Services Lead is responsible for the day-to-day management, coordination, and execution of non-production site services supporting a manufacturing facility. This role ensures employees, contractors, visitors, and operational teams have the workplace support, office services, site amenities, and administrative infrastructure required to operate efficiently and safely.
Working under the direction of the Operations Manager – Facilities, the Site Services Lead serves as the operational owner for workplace services, site access coordination, shared spaces, employee support services, office readiness, vendor-managed services, and general site operations support.
The Site Services Lead partners closely with Manufacturing, Warehouse, Maintenance, Training, Safety Operations, Security, Human Resources, and Facility leadership to ensure site support functions remain responsive to business needs during workforce mobilization,...
