Responsibilities

• Lead incident response, triage, and troubleshooting in complex distributed systems.
• Design and implement automated remediation strategies to reduce operational toil.
• Manage comprehensive observability (monitoring, alerts, logs) to maintain ecosystem health.
• Facilitate blameless post‑mortems and drive improvements based on incident learning.
• Act as internal consultant and evangelist, train product teams on instrumentation and custom dashboards.
• Apply GitOps and extreme automation practices (Terraform, GitLab‑CI, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
• Define & monitor SLIs/SLOs to align technical performance with business needs.
• Optimize infrastructure through code for scalability and availability.
