ADP is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer.
What You’ll Do
Maintain and support existing SAP workloads on prem and new S/4 HANA systems on RISE.
Support migration to SAP ECS/RISE.
Configure and maintain portal infrastructure SSO integration, support Web Dispatchers and supplemental technologies such as Apache, firewalls, certificate management.
Proactively monitor system health using SAP tools (Solution Manager, Performance Analyzer, ST04, ST03), identify bottlenecks and drive tuning initiatives.
Create capacity planning reports and recommendations to meet short and long‑term performance goals.
Analyze portal runtime exceptions and troubleshoot connectivity and web service issues.
Lead response to critical production incidents across all complexity levels, perform root‑cause analysis and implement permanent solutions.
