Job Description As a Site Reliability Engineer III at JPMorgan Chase within the External Collaboration team, you will lead development and integration of collaboration platforms such as VDRs, Microsoft 365 B2B, Client Portals, and Google Workspace. Site Reliability Engineering at JPMorgan Chase is part of the Software Engineering job family and requires competency in one or more programming languages.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage secure external sharing solutions and workflows.
• Oversee identity and access for external users, including Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, and conditional access.
• Evaluate and onboard SaaS tools in line with compliance needs.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and enhance reliability.
• Work across teams to deliver scalable, user-friendly experiences.
