Job Description

As a Site Reliability Engineer III at JPMorgan Chase within the External Collaboration team, you will lead development and integration of collaboration platforms such as VDRs, Microsoft 365 B2B, Client Portals, and Google Workspace.   • Design and manage secure external sharing solutions and workflows.
  • Oversee identity and access for external users, including Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, and conditional access.
  • Evaluate and onboard SaaS tools in line with compliance needs.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and enhance reliability.
  • Work across teams to deliver scalable, user-friendly experiences.
  • Support proof-of-concept projects for collaboration improvements.
  • Understand federated authentication via Google Identity & Microsoft Entra ID.
