In this role, you will be the guardian of our production uptime, ensuring that our services meet internal Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and customer-facing Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will directly reduce operational expenses by automating repetitive tasks, identifying failure points, and developing analytical tools to proactively detect issues.
