About the Role
We are looking for a Site QS Engineer (Electrical) to support tendering and commercial activities for M&E projects. The role involves cost estimation, tender preparation, contract administration and coordination with internal teams, suppliers and subcontractors throughout the tender process.
Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation, review and administration of contracts, tender documents and commercial submissions.
Prepare budget estimates, cost plans and pricing based on project requirements.
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations, technical information and commercial proposals.
Review tender requirements and provide practical solutions to resolve technical or commercial issues during the tender stage.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely preparation and submission of tender documentation.
