Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Assist Manager in handling general contracts and tender documents.
Prepare budget costs and estimates as instructed.
Liaise with suppliers for product and service presentations.
Provide solutions for technical issues during tender preparation.
Communicate with internal departments on document coordination and related matters.
Coordinate with suppliers/subcontractors on billing and quantity follow-up.
Review and evaluate market unit rates for materials and labour on a monthly or quarterly basis.
Hand over all tender documents and costing to the project team upon award.
Attend site show rounds for relevant tenders.
Respond to tender clarifications and support tender interviews and presentations.
