Your new company

Our client is a leading Building & Civil Engineering Contractor. They now have an opportunity for a Site Manager and Project Manager. Duties & Responsibilities include:
  • Completion of pre-construction condition surveys on projects prior to works commencing
  • Site Supervision
  • Programming and scheduling of work to maximise the efficiency of allocated resources
  • Ensuring that key programme dates are achieved
  • Engaging with design teams to overcome any problems or issues that arise during construction and engaging with our own design teams on design and build projects
  • Liaising with utility providers, councils, their employers' representatives and project managers and ensuring work is carried out in accordance with their approved standards
  • Rostering staff on sites as necessary
  • Engaging with company QS to seek out the most cost-effective processes and seek alternatives
