Overview

Site Operations - Lead to lead a team that handles onsite production activities to ensure equipment availability, reliability, and performance in line with OEM recommendations, SSO and client load demands for the Catanduanes project site. The role includes supervision, analysis of site load control systems via SCADA, and allocation of daily tasks in conjunction with Maintenance Teams to support Operations Managers in driving performance improvement and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor diesel generators, transformers, and related equipment to ensure continuous power.
• Ensure all QHSE policies and procedures are followed on site (LOTO, ESR, lifting, tool calibration, spill prevention, technicians’ PPE, and related safety requirements).
