Cast UK are partnering with a high-growth, ventured-backed scale-up to find their next Site Operations Lead. This is a key leadership role within the organisation that will lead, grow and develop the team as well as introduce new processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, lead and develop high-performing operational teams during a period of rapid headcount growth, including recruitment, onboarding and structured training plans for new starters.
  • Coach and mentor supervisors and team leaders, developing internal talent and creating clear progression pathways as the site scales.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous learning across all shifts and departments.
  • Design, document and embed robust SOPs and standard operating procedures that bring consistency as the site grows from a smaller, more informal operation.
