We are looking for an enthusiastic, resourceful, trustworthy and proactive person to join our team as a Site Manager/Caretaker following the retirement of the current post holder. This is a practical, hands-on role where you’ll take a proactive approach to keeping our school safe, secure and well-maintained. The right person will:
•have prior experience of working in a maintenance/security/caretaking role or similar,
• be competent at DIY/general maintenance and an understanding of health and safety parameters,
• ensure the day-to-day upkeep, safety and smooth operation of the school site,
• be a proactive team player who can adapt easily and prioritise their own workload,
• be able to work flexibly on occasion to meet the needs of the school,
