Job Description
Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Wolverhampton
Rate: £280 - £300 per day
8 week project
We are currently seeking an experienced Internals Site Manager to manage all aspects of the internal works on a refurbishment project.
Experience working for a main contractor on refurbishment projects essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing and coordinating all finishing trades on site
Driving the programme to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard
Managing snagging lists and quality control
Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times
Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and senior management
Preparing areas for inspection, handover, and practical completionRequirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager
Valid SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid certificates -
Strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple trades
