We are currently seeking a Site Manager to work for our Hospital refurbishment in Warrington. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing delivery of construction work, managing trades staff, overseeing paperwork and providing detailed reports on work carried out with experience in internal refurbishments, preferably in Education, Healthcare or similar environment.
Key Requirements:
* Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
* BLACK CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
* First Aid at Work certification
* DBS
