Job Description
We are looking for an experienced site manager to strengthen our hydro‑power services and support the growth of our turbine and generator services. In this role you will be responsible for the successful execution of projects in collaboration with clients, project organization, and site personnel.
Responsibilities
- Execute projects independently, ensuring installation work is carried out safely, with high quality, and according to agreed schedules.
- Lead daily site activities, ensuring efficient resource utilisation and effective project implementation.
- Plan, prepare and coordinate project execution, including managing site operations, personnel and subcontractors.
- Collaborate with the project manager on schedules, resources and costs.
- Provide daily reporting, documentation and prepare final project reports.
