Responsibilities:
Safety Management:
Drive a safety culture on-site, ensuring adherence to all site-specific safety requirements and regulations.
Ensure all safety documentation is in place before the commencement of any task.
Keep the site team training up to date and manage the scheduling of required safety courses.
Oversee safe execution of all tasks, targeting a project goal of Zero Lost Time Injuries (LTI) and incidents.
Equipment Uptime and Maintenance:
Maximize equipment uptime, setting and tracking uptime targets for all shifts.
Ensure all site equipment is maintained in optimal operating condition.
Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans for all equipment.
