Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a prestigious heritage restoration project based in Torpoint. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and process-driven professional to join a well-established contractor on a fixed-term contract delivering works within a sensitive historic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Managing day-to-day site operations to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard.
Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
Maintaining strict compliance with health and safety procedures and project-specific processes.
Ensuring quality standards are met throughout all stages of the project.
