Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for airport passenger processing systems, computers, and associated networks; troubleshoot and repair computers and peripherals, and assist in diagnosing failed equipment.
- Ensure the operational IT infrastructure is maintained to the highest standards, ensuring system reliability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT colleagues and vendors to develop and refine IT system support strategies, ensuring the systems are running optimally 100% of the time. This includes monitoring various systems, assisting users and technicians with applications, and ensuring system security and backup processes are completed.
- Perform rotating shift work in a 24/7/365 environment, as required.
- Provide hands‑on support in a face‑to‑face customer environment, delivering timely resolutions and outstanding service.
