Site Manager – Swindon Site
We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join our team within Vistry Cotswolds at our Swindon site. In this role you will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a construction site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. We value in‑person collaboration and team culture, but we’re also committed to supporting flexible working where possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee site operations to ensure adherence to specifications, timelines and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations, promoting a safety culture.
- Direct labour, equipment and resources to achieve project completion on time and within budget.
