Key Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the site and ensure contractual requirements are met. Supervise security officers, supervisors, and support staff. Conduct site inspections, patrol audits, and risk assessments. Oversee access control, guarding operations, CCTV monitoring, and incident management. Manage staff rosters, attendance, leave, discipline, and performance. Investigate incidents, security breaches, and operational non-conformances. Compile and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Liaise with clients and maintain strong working relationships. Ensure compliance with company procedures, site requirements, and PSIRA regulations. Coordinate emergency responses and after-hours operational matters when required. Manage site equipment, radios, vehicles, uniforms, and security assets. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of security personnel.
