Job Description
Responsibilities
- Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings.
- Carry out works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
- Supervise structural/architectural works and coordinate with client's representatives, consultants and subcontractors on technical matters.
Qualifications
- NTC/Diploma.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in supervision of structural/architectural works in building construction.
- Computer literacy would be an advantage.
