WPS have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join our growing planned maintenance team, delivering a Social Housing Decarbonisation (SHDF) scheme focused on roof replacement works . Working closely with one of our key social housing partners, you will play a pivotal role in delivering energy efficiency upgrades , ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage roof replacement programmes across occupied social housing properties
• Ensure works are delivered in line with SHDF requirements, programme targets, and quality standards
• Oversee operatives, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring site performance and productivity
• Maintain strict adherence to Health & Safety regulations and company policies at all times
