Site Manager - Reading
Salary: £45,000 - £57,000 + Car Allowance + Package
Location: Reading, with projects across Hampshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire
Sectors: Education, Commercial, Leisure, Healthcare, Industrial & Refurbishment
Project Type: New Build & Refurbishment
Hays Construction are currently working with a well-established regional main contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to support a growing pipeline of work across Hampshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire.
This role will be based around the Reading region, with involvement across a variety of local projects. The position would suit someone who is confident operating as a Number 2 Site Manager on larger schemes up to around £5m, working closely with a Project Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day site delivery.There will also be the opportunity to take full responsibility for smaller schemes, including refurbishment or new build projects up to around £1m, making t...
