Job Description
My client, a smaller house builder, are currently seeking a Site Manager to work on a 4 luxury houses build project in Cobham.
The role is part time working 3 days a week - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
The scheme will last another year.
They are looking for someone with a track record working on luxury new build residential projects and they are ready to start immediately. This is a great opportunity to join a smaller house builder to work part time.
Experience:
• Ideally relative qualifications
• Extensive experience on a No.1 on luxury new build residential projects
• Track record working for a housebuilder on luxury houses
• Strong on Health & Safety
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
