Job Description
Salary Range: $47,000.00 To $52,000.00 Annually
As a Site Manager, you run the show at your storage location. You lead the team, drive sales, and make sure customers have a great experience—all while ensuring the site is safe, clean, and secure.
What You’ll Do
- Lead & Develop Your Team – Support, coach, and guide your team to success while ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
- Drive Sales & Customer Growth – Sell storage solutions, follow up with leads, and stay ahead of competitors.
- Deliver Great Customer Service – Ensure every customer interaction is positive, handle concerns, and maintain high standards.
- Support the total business – Jump in when needed to assist with the Call Centre with customer inquiries and sales and support other sites occasionally.
