About the Role:
Take the lead on a 230-apartment residential tower scheduled for completion in Q3 2027.
You’ll work side-by-side with a long-standing Construction Manager in a business known for consistently delivering quality projects.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll drive site outcomes and stay close to the build from start to finish.
Backed by a secure pipeline, you’ll step into a project with clear direction and strong internal support.
Key Responsibilities
- Run day-to-day site operations across a high-rise residential build
- Coordinate subcontractors and sequence trades to maintain programme flow
- Oversee site safety, compliance, and inspection processes
- Monitor construction progress and address on-site challenges promptly
- Maintain build quality across all stages through to completion
