Our client is looking for a Site Manager for they site about an hour from Malelane
POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements: Diploma/Degree in Blasting/Mining or Civil Engineering DMRE Opencast Blasting Ticket. MQA Surface Rock Breaking Certificate. 01/07/2009 to 31/05/2017 Minimum of 5-7 years' drilling and blasting within the mining industry. Minimum of 2 years' experience in managing drill and blasting teams, 40+ employees on shift system. Basic knowledge of Drill Rigs, specifically Sandvik Di550 and Di650 Experience with the use of electronic and pyrotechnic initiation systems. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Planning and detailed execution of plans. Safety driven, effective multi - tasking and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
