Job Description
Apex Resources are looking for a Site Manager to work with a client who specialises in education, development, commercial and residential construction services.
There is a strong pipeline of works with multiple sites across the London area.
Candidate spec:
- Experience (min. 3 years) as a number 1 on site
- Experience with education projects or live environments
- Relevant qualifications/training (SMSTS, Construction First Aid, etc)
- Needs to be happy to commute to sites across London - company vehicle can be provided
- Enthusiastic, energetic, can do attitude
- Confident & assertive
- Good time management & ability to delegate
- Able to communicate well & build relationships with client, consultants, sub-contractors & other members of the team
- Capable of writing RAMS and completing other H&S paperwork
- Computer literate
- Experienced with MS project and able to write/adjust construc...
