Job Description
About the Role We are working with a highly regarded custom builder delivering architecturally designed, high-end residential projects ranging from $2M to $6M across Sydney's Northern Beaches, Inner West and Eastern Suburbs. This is a hands-on Site Manager role overseeing multiple sites simultaneously, working closely with clients, architects and consultants to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple high-end residential builds concurrently from slab to handover
- Liaise directly with clients, architects, designers and subcontractors
- Maintain build programmes, budgets and quality standards across all sites
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Manage subcontractor scheduling, performance and site safety
