BaliConstruction is hiring new site managers to join its team.
Responsibilities:
Working with clients & architects to detail specific project deliverables
Planning daily productivity on site and tracking project performance to ensure timely completion
Managing site paperwork and reports
Coordinating tasks by different people to ensure successful project completion
Working within the budget by adequately estimating the costs and cutting unnecessary expenses
Procuring and allocating resources
Managing both internal and external risks within the project’s lifetime
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is either architecture or engineering
Excellence in oral and written communication skills
Strong leadership abilities
Excellence level of organization and time management skills
Excellence in the budgeting of financial resources
