Responsibilities

Reporting to the Patient Care Manager for the Integrated Operation Center, the Site Manager is the sole onsite manager during non-regular business hours (evenings, nights, and weekends).

• Managing EmergingIssues – Primary and initial point of contact for a Zone Senior Leader Acute on Call or anyone needing to contact someone on the site in the event of an emerging issue for immediate assessment and coordination of the issue.
• Onsite Management for in-scope staff – Provide resource management for the site to ensure effective utilization of resources, both staff and bed allocation, and support in‑site staff to mitigate patient or staff concerns related to the use of resources.
• Patient Flow Management – Work collaboratively with bed planners to assist and lead the coordination of patient flow and ensure bed allocation and patient flow guidelines are followed throughout the RAH.
