We are partnering with a highly regarded luxury residential builder delivering architecturally designed custom homes across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of multi-million-dollar projects, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the team and take ownership of high-end residential builds from start to finish.
This is an opportunity to work on some of Sydney’s most prestigious custom homes alongside leading architects, consultants, subcontractors and high-net-worth clients.
The Role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day construction operations across luxury custom homes ranging from multi-million-dollar new builds through to complex renovations and additions.
You will be expected to maintain exceptional standards across quality, programme management, site presentation, safety and client communication while driving projects through to successful completion.
