Role
Drive the site operations in the successful delivery of a circa $10-15M Town House Development project in the South-Eastern suburbs for Tier 3 Commercial Builder.

- Manage subcontractors and other relevant site personnel
- Order and coordinate delivery of materials
- Create and uphold OH&S measures and procedures
- Quality assurance

Experience required
- Previous Site Manager experience within the Tier 3/4 sector delivering Multi-Level projects circa $5-15M
- Site Manager who comes from a residential background
