Position Summary

• The Site Lead is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for the organization’s Philippines site, overseeing site operations, governance, regulatory compliance, government relations, and stakeholder engagement. This role ensures the site operates efficiently, remains compliant with regulatory requirements, and supports the organization’s business objectives.
• The position leads site-wide operational excellence initiatives, business continuity planning, risk management, and governance programs while serving as the primary liaison with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders.
