JOB DESCRIPTION Work closely with factory teams and China teams for site strategic master planning, co-work with site workstreams to drive the masterplan well carry outLeads development and delivery of site master plan, annual operating plan in conjunction with site and related departments, including long term Key Performance Indicators and manufacturing conversion costs with year-on-year improvement targets.Monitors KPI/financial performance and manages process to address and rectify exceptions through action plans.
