With a strong track record of managing structural and architectural projects, you will be responsible for translating plans into reality, managing resources, and leading our site workforce effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Site & Worker Management: Supervise, coordinate, and motivate a diverse team of site workers and subcontractors. Ensure high productivity, clear communication, and strict adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
Blueprint & Drawing Interpretation: Accurately read, interpret, and implement complex construction drawings, structural blueprints, and floor plans. Ensure all works are aligned with the approved plans.
