We are seeking an experienced Excavation Foreman to lead our field crews and oversee earthworks projects from start to finish. This role is designed for a hands‑on leader who prioritizes site safety, operational efficiency, and high-quality workmanship in challenging environments.

Key Duties

• Crew Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of operators and laborers, ensuring clear communication of daily goals and site-specific tasks.
• Project Oversight: Manage on‑site operations for excavations, earthworks, and water utility projects, ensuring work aligns with blueprints and engineering specs.
• Safety Management: Enforce strict adherence to provincial OHS regulations. Conduct daily toolbox talks and ensure all hazard assessments (FLHAs) are completed accurately.
• Equipment Coordination: Oversee the effective use of heavy equipment (excavators, skidsteers, and loaders) and coordination for mobilization and demobilization.
