Job Description
Stor-Age Property REIT Limited is seeking a hands-on Maintenance & Facilities Co-ordinator to control small plant, tools, and yard stock on site. You will report to the Construction Manager and ensure safe, compliant operations and efficient resource use.
The role covers equipment maintenance, stock control, facility upkeep, and coordinating with the Logistics Team to optimise site performance and safety compliance.
